About us
ACBSHII is a small independent business that sells new, open-box and pre-owned electronics and accessories. Many items come from surplus and bulk lots. Each item’s condition is described in its listing and shown in the photos.
Condition and testing
Items listed as “Used,” “Open box” or “For parts” may show normal wear, and may have missing packaging, manuals or accessories unless the listing says otherwise. We test items when we can and note the results in the description. Please read the full description and look at all photos before buying. What’s pictured is what’s included.
Trademarks
Brand names, logos and model names (for example Apple, Logitech, Samsung, Honda) belong to their owners. They appear only to describe the item or what it works with. ACBSHII is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by any of these brands unless a listing states otherwise. Items described as “compatible with” a brand are not made by that brand.
Software and bootable drives
Our bootable Linux drives contain free, open-source software (such as Ubuntu or elementary OS). That software is distributed under its own open-source licenses, and source code is available from each project’s official website. The price you pay covers the physical drive, preparing and testing it, and shipping, not the software itself. ACBSHII is not affiliated with Canonical, elementary or any other software project. Back up your data before installing any operating system. We are not responsible for data loss on your computer. No Microsoft Windows license or product key is included unless the listing clearly states otherwise.
Warranty
Unless a listing says otherwise, items are sold without a manufacturer’s warranty. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any item is limited to its purchase price. This doesn’t affect your rights under the eBay Money Back Guarantee or your rights under the law.
Returns
Returns are accepted as stated in each listing’s return policy. Every purchase is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. If something isn’t right, message us before leaving feedback and we’ll work to make it right.
Shipping
We ship within the stated handling time and upload tracking to eBay. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery times are up to the carrier.
